Coding workshop 2 is the second coding workshop in the Career Catalyst series. The first workshop was focused on core programming concepts with data types, basic arithmetic, user input, booleans, conditionals and loops, lists and dictionaries. Building on that, this coding workshop is focused on putting those skills to use in web development. We will cover the basics of web architecture and programming structure, then move into creating basic web pages.
Our speaker for this workshop is Axton Pitt. He is an iOS Developer at Roam Creative Ltd. in Auckland. He was one of two people in New Zealand to win Apple’s WWDC Student Scholarship to attend the Worldwide Developers Conference in San Francisco. His background is diverse and varied, ranging from hardware, software, and health research. The common thread connecting everything is his curiosity and desire to learn new skills.
Those who didn't attend the previous workshop are still welcome to attend this one!
